Elena Belei

State Secretary of the Ministry of Education, Culture end Research of the Republic of Moldova

Elena Belei is State Secretary of the Ministry of Education, Culture end Research of the Republic of Moldova. In 2010-2017 Mrs. Belei was Head of the Civil Procedure Law Department, Faculty of Law, Moldova State University. In 2015 she was Head of Minister of Justice Cabinet. Since 2007 Mrs. Belei performed the activity of national trainer in the National Institute of Justice. In 2008-2010 she was Head of the Treaties and European Integration Department, Ministry of Justice. In 2004- 2006 Mrs. Belei performed the function of Pro-Dean, Faculty of Law, Moldova State University.

 

In 2012-2018 she participated in the elaboration of Draft Law on amending the Code of Civil Procedure, Draft Regulations on the launch of the National Institute of Justice, Draft Law amending the Enforcement Code, Draft Law on amending the Code of Civil Procedure.

In addition, Mrs. Belei was a Member in different entities such as: Scientific Council of the Supreme Court of Justice of the Republic of Moldova, College for the Selection and Career of Prosecutors, Performance Evaluation of Judges Board of the Superior Council of Magistracy, Disciplinary Board of the Bailiffs with the Ministry of Justice, Judges Qualification Board, Board of the National Institute of Justice, Jury for Public Administration and Good Governance Programme, Soros Foundation Moldova.
