Igor Serotila

Igor Serotila leads the Policy Department at the Academy of Sciences of Moldova. He studied international law at the State University of Moldova. Within the Academy of Sciences of Moldova, he is known as a specialist in developing, promoting and implementing public policy on research, development and innovation, as well as implementing research results into national and international framework. He has more than 8 years experience in drafting, promoting and implementing projects on various platforms such as:  FP7, Horizon 2020, European Research Council, Creative Europe, COSME, Marie-Sklodowska-Curie Actions, NATO Science for Peace and Security Programme, World Federation of Scientists, etc. During 2011-2018, he worked as the National Contact Point of Moldova for European Research Infrastructure, as well as being the representative of the country in various pan-European research infrastructure networks and organisations.
