Victoria Tcacenco has a Ph.D. in Arts Studies and is Acting Professor, head of the European Integration and Academic Mobility Department of the Academy of Music, Theatre and Fine Arts in Chisinau, Republic of Moldova.

 

She is the coordinator of projects planned in collaboration with international and local partners: GÉANT, the Estonian Academy of Music and Theatre, and the NREN.
