Alyona Lis, co-founder and Senior Programme Officer at the ODB Brussels – a non-profit oranisation aimed to promote cooperation between EU, Belarus, and the Eastern Partnership Region. For over eleven years Alyona participated and the design and implementation of the international exchange programmes for professionals in energy security, sustainable transport, higher education, culture, has been the project manager of the programme aimed at strengthening the potential of Belarusian CSOs.

Alyona is the coordinator of the project Social Entrepreneurship Incubator promoting social entrepreneurship in Belarus via transfer of international experience and best practices.
